Persons A note on the flyleaf bears the name of the owner, which may refer to Egid (Aegidius) II. Gattermayr († 1598), war paymaster of Emperor Rudolf II and receiver of the Chatternburg from him in 1592, or to his successor, Aegidius III Gattermayr (1587-1641).
Remarks

The book preserves the stamps of two holding institutions; that of the Catholic Diocesan Library in Satu Mare (19th c.) and another one from the Academy Library in Cluj from 1965.
