The fragment consists of a bifolium, the first folio of which is damaged. Fol. 1 also bears a second number, 26. On both ff. 1r and 2r, a previous shelfmark, “c.m.h.l. 251,” is placed on the upper outer margin.

The beginning of each part of the act is marked by a decorated initial with blue and red filigree on fol. 1r. The names of the characters are written in red ink.
