Provenance
The fragment was owned by Jozef-Maria De Smet until his death in 1996. The collection of Jozef-Maria De Smet was transferred to KU Leuven Bijzondere Collecties after his death in 1996.

Remarks

The fragment was used as a cover for a register related to a year ending in 88, possibly 1588 or 1688. An annotation in the outer margin of f. 17r by a later owner reads: “Dieste Koe[...] Register Jair lxxxviij”.
