Carolingian minuscule.
Original Condition
Medieval foliation using Arabic numerals in upper right corner of recto sides ('64' on fol. 64r, '72' on fol. 72r).
Fragment was the outer bifolium of a quire consisting of eight leaves (four bifolia).
Prickings visible in outer text margin.
Current Condition
Fragment was part of same manuscript as Leuven, Archief van de Abdij van Park, VIIIB20/102 (F-2aq6 on Fragmentarium).

History
Owned by Parc Abbey (Heverlee) since at least the early 17th century.
Host Volume
Fragment was used at Parc Abbey as cover for a register between 1602 and 1605, according to 17th-century notes on fol. [1]r: 'Chyns ontfaen deur den Rentmeester van Ophem 1602' and 'Rekeninge der Cheijnsen vande Conuente van Parch Anno 1602 tot 1605'. The fragment was removed from this register volume at an unknown date.
