Fragments' host volume belonged to the collection of the Seminary of History of Ghent University.

Persons and Institutions Discovered by Georges Declercq, then-assistant to professor Adriaan Verhulst (Ghent University), in 1988. Transferred to Ghent University Library around the same time.
