Current Condition
Remains of paper and glue are still visible on some pages. On fol. [4]v, the offset of Archief van de kerk Sint-Jacobs te Gent, Overdracht 2023, nr. 58.3 is visible as well. Similarly, nr. 58.3 contains an offset of one of the bifolia of this fragment.
The text has faded on some pages, rendering it difficult to read.
Book Decoration and Musical Notation
Pen-flourished parted initial with ornamental penwork and marginal extensions (fol. [13]r). Parted initial (fol. [7]r).
Plain initials and versals, alternately in red and blue ink. Red rubrication and red colour stroking.

Main texts are written in Latin; some introductory rubrics to the texts are written in Middle Dutch ('Dese drie psalmen die hier naer volghen metten antessenen leest men tdisendaechs ende tvrindaechs', fol. [2]v; 'Dit es onser vrouwen ghetide na der ordinancie', fol. [13]r).
History
Fragments were transferred from St Jacob's Church (Ghent) to the Ghent State Archives in 2023.

Fragments were possibly used in the binding of archival registers.
