General Remarks
This membrum disiectum preserves chants for the Feast of the Assumption of Mary: Ibo mihi ad montem myrrhae and Pulchrae genae tuae (both Mode 7). The parchment shows rubrication, decorated initials, and a correction by a later hand. The verso is notable for its large ornamental initial with blue and red pen flourishing and a smaller black-and-red penwork initial.

Description
Large initial in alternating blue and red, filled and surrounded with elaborate red penwork flourishing. Secondary black-and-red penwork initial marking a chant incipit.
Black square notation on red four-line staves (tetragrams).
