Two- or three-line pen-flourished initials, alternately in red and blue ink. Initials in the main text placed in a separate column. Plain versals, alternately in red and blue ink. Red rubrication, red and blue paraphs.

Fragments were used as flyleaves in the binding of a register of the assizes of beer in the city of Antwerp kept by Lambert van Kessele between November 1567 and January 1568.

A modern paper slip with the inscription '1567-3' is attached to the leaves with a string, referring to this origin.
