General Information
A fine Caroline minuscule written by a single hand.

Original Condition
The two leaves would have been separated by one leaf in the parent manuscript.
Current Condition
The two leaves were repurposed as pastedowns at the front and rear of the host volume. The traces of the dark brown leather turn-ins from the binding indicate that the verso of leaf 1 and the recto of leaf 2 (according to the present lableling system) faced outwards.

There is staining and fading to the parchment and evidence of water damage on leaf 2. The text on the side pasted onto the wooded boards is in better condition.

Two leaves with sections from Deuteronomy:
leaf 1 recto: Deuteronomy 28:52-60: "...tui firmi atq[ue] sublimes, in quib[us] habeb[as] fiduci[am] in omni terra...infir-/-mitates pessimas et p[er]petuas: et convertet in te om[ne]s adflic<tiones>...[continues on reverse]".
leaf 1 verso: Deuteronomy 28:60-29:1: "[continues from front]...<Ægypti, quas timuisti, et adhærebunt> tibi. Insuper et universos languores, et plagas, quæ non sunt scriptæ in volumine...Hæc sunt verba fœderis quod..."

leaf 2 recto: Deuteronomy 29:22-30:1: "...generatio, et filii qui nascentur deinceps...et reversus fueris ad eum, et obe-...[continues on reverse]".
leaf 2 verso: Deuteronomy 30:1-11: "[continues from front]...-dieris ejus imperiis, sicut ego hodie præcipio tibi...et in tota anima tua, Mandatum hoc..."
