There is some text loss on the upper right corner; the outer margin of the leaf contains a hole.

Fol. [1]r has a 19th-century annotation in blue pen ("XIIe siècle", referring to the century the fragment was possibly made). Fol. [2]v contains the annotation “1563”, which possibly refers to a year for which the fragment was used as a document binder.

The fragment underwent conservation in 2009.
