Large northern gothica textualis formata.
Fragment was originally part of same manuscript as Leuven, Rijksarchief te Leuven, Archief Sint-Leonarduskapittel te Zoutleeuw, nr. 1133, lower cover (F-4zou on Fragmentarium) as well as Leuven, Rijksarchief te Leuven, Archief Sint-Leonarduskapittel te Zoutleeuw, nr. 1135, cover (F-qy8i on Fragmentarium).
Original Condition
Prickings visible in inner margin.
There is not enough of this fragment preserved to state much about the original condition; this description is largely based on fragment F-4zou, which was part of the same manuscript.
Current Condition
Fragment was originally part of a bifolium. Only one leaf with text is preserved; the text has been completely trimmed away from the other page.

Content
History
The original manuscript was possibly kept by the parish of St Leonard (Zoutleeuw) in the late 16th and early 17th century, as fragments from the manuscript were used in the binding of several different registers around this time.
