The fragment consists of one loose bifolium. Fol. [1] is more or less intact. Fol. [2] is cut in half vertically, so that one of the two columns has been removed completely.

Pen-flourished parted initials with interior reserved shapes (pen-flourishes in red, body of the initial in red/blue), plain initials (red, blue), rubrics (red), versals (red, blue), colour stroking (red), paraphs (red, blue).
