Main text in northern gothica textualis libraria, glosses in a small and narrow semitextualis currens.
Original Condition
Textus inclusus with glosses.
Current Condition
The top margin, with some of the gloss, has been cut away but there is no text loss to the main text. Pieces of leather reinforcement were added as part of the host volume's binding.
Book Decoration and Musical Notation
Pen-flourished plain initials with marginal extensions, in red and blue ink. To signify the incipit of the second book on the recto side, a text block was filled with pen-flourished initials. Plain versals, alternately in red and blue ink. Red rubrication.
Underlining and paraphs in red and black ink used in glosses to indicate to lemmata.
