Height of 4-line staves: 40 mm. The fragment is too small to allow further calculations. However, given the line height, one can infer that this was a large choir book (c. 600 x 420 mm).

    The host book was printed in Strasbourg in 1522, and by 1627 (?) it was in Transylvania (cf. title page). 

    Persons and Institutions Previous owners of the host book: 'Samuelis Jarai Transylvani Anno 1627 (?)'; 'Laur. Dalnaki'; 'Ecclesiae Unitariensis Claudiopolitanae' (title page of host book). Dálnoki Nagy Lőrinc (1614-1661) was a teacher at the Unitarian College in Cluj in the 1630s and 1640s.
