Original Condition
MS leaves glued as endpapers. Glue visible on the margins. Detached from wooden boards. Ink from ms still visible on the wooden boards. Decorated initial in blue and red ink. Intersperesed red and blue initials. The ms has been annotated and has marginalia from a later hand in black ink. Red glosses throughout.
Current Condition
Concordance book printed, the ms leaves still attached to both ends of the book.

Bound in oak boards with tooled leather spine and false bands. Cords visible on inside of boards. Clasps wanting. Leaf from Richard of Middleton, Super Quatuor Libros Sententiarum, index of book 4, 13th-14th century used as upper board pastedown, now detached. Leaf from Peter Lombard's Libri Quattuor Sententiarum, Cap. 1 (130) no. 6, 13th-14th century used as lower board pastedown, now detached. Both leaves with blue initials which have offset onto the board. Title page with "Roberti Norton et amicorum", "Guil. Pemberton", "JS", and "Jor. Bonsen" in ms. Lower flyleaf verso with "Questo e il libro de Richardo Androse teste Roberto Norton" in ms. With varius additions in these hands.
