The quality of the parchment of the upper and outer margins has degraded over the years, and much of this part of the bifolium is now missing but there is no text loss.

Description
Cadels with black decoration and red colour stroking. Plain initials alternately in red and blue ink. Red line fillers, red colour stroking.
Germain plainsong notation on staves four red lines. C and F clefs. B flats.
