Original Condition
Running titles ('Godolyas / lib[er]', 'Alexander / lib[er]') in upper margin.
Current Condition
The lower inner margin of fol. [1] is missing, while only the upper part of the inner column of fol. [2] is preserved. Fol. [3] was never trimmed, while the outer column of fol. [4] was trimmed. The leaves were used as pastedowns, leading to some parts of the text being darkened.
Fragments are bound in a cardboard binding, with handwritten notes in pencil by Napoleon de Pauw.

Fragments were donated to the Koninklijke Academie voor Nederlandse Taal en Letteren by Pieter Génard on 19 October 1892.
The fragments were discovered in Antwerp in 1887 by the archivist of the city of Antwerp, Pieter Génard.
