The fragment consists of two strips that were reattached with Japanese paper. It was mounted on paper and bound in a 20th-century codex, together with an offprint of the text's edition by Napoleon de Pauw.

Remarks

The two strips were discovered in 1893 by Robert Schoorman, archivist at the Belgian State Archives at Ghent in the bindings of two different sixteenth-century registers.
