The bifolium underwent restoration in the 1980's, when the archive was under the supervision of Monsignor Ercole Agnoletti. The parchment wrapper was detached from the host volume, stretched, upper left corner integrated with Japanese paper.

Rubricated titles. Four red initials (3 and half-line), two of them decorated with blue insertions.

The host volume, probably containing acts from the churces of Mignano in the Sansepolcro diocese, was detached in the past and collected with others. As of today it has not been found.
