    • Remarks

      Between the two preserved passages sixteen pages of text in this layout are missing. This bifolium most likely was the outer one of a quinio. It was probably preceded by another quinio, which would have been sufficient to contain the treatise's text from the beginning. The complete text of "Vanden blinkenden steen" would have fitted on four quinios in this layout and format.

      The fragments contain numerous orthographical and other variants in comparison with the edited text. They do not significantly affect the content of the text.
