Remarks
Leaves originally followed each other.
Host Volume
The fragments were used as flyleaves in a register of the assizes of beer in the city of Antwerp kept between 1 November 1367 and 31 January 1568 ('Tvierde quaertier Jaers vanden 1en Jaere [...] Prima November tot vltima Jan. 68.'). The volume was kept by Jan Goidschalck.
A modern paper slip with the inscription '1568-2' is attached to the leaves with a string, referring to this origin.
