History

  • Was used as bookbinding: Folding lines on top, bottom and side of each leaf; rests and decoloration from the adhesive.
  • "Calvini Vita" written upside down on 2v, on what seems to have been the book spine.
  • In previous descriptions by Karl Roth and Siegmund Prillwitz: presence of a paper label with the year "1757" written on it – currently lost.
