The fragment was used as a cover for a register, possibly between either 1585-1587 or 1685-1687. Fol. [1]r contains a vertical note in the right bottom corner: 'Dat Register so den l… schuldig gebleven up dat k… vam jair lxxx en vijf up dat jair lxxxvij. / E. voslo'.
