One bifolium is missing between the two leaves of bifolium 1-2; the bifolium 3-4 was the inner bifolium of the following quire.

Yellow, worn and mouldy two bifolia. The bifolium 1-2 is worn, nearly undecipherable. There are worm-holes on the fragments.

1-line red initials, majuscules touched with red, rubrics. The initials are placed outsides the text column in a separate column delimited by two vertical double lines.
