Original Condition
Medieval folation in Roman numerals in upper margin of fol. 67v ('lxvii').
Current Condition
Part of the inner margin has been trimmed away; however, there is no text loss.
Book Decoration and Musical Notation
Pen-flourished plain initials with marginal penwork extensions, alternately in red and blue ink; plain versals, alternately in red and blue ink; red rubrication; red colour stroking. Guide letters visible.

History
Fragment contains provenance stamp of the Antwerp City Archives ('Archieven Der Stad Antwerpen') on fol. 67v, the precursor of FelixArchief.
Host Volume
A paper label with the note '1564-65-2' can be found in the document folder. Presumably the fragment was used as cover for a register or ledger related to the years 1564 and 1565; however, the exact registers has not yet been identified.
