Leaf from a breviary (?)
F-b11w

General Information
Late Southern Textualis in brown ink with red rubrics.
Original Condition
None, but feasts/liturgical seasons are written in the centre of the upper margin in red ink. The heading is spread out accross the opening. Thus, the first leaf has "In Ephiphania" on the verso and "Domini" on the recto. Similarly, the second has "Post Phas."[sic] on the verso and "Post Pascha" on the recto.
Current Condition
The epiphany leaf has a large tear in the bottom right corner (viewed from the recto).
Book Decoration and Musical Notation
Most of the decoration is simple red initials in the same style as the rest of the text. There are some two line block initials: on f.1r 'O', on f.2v an A, an M, and a U. All are in a similar style: a large red letter on a blue ground. The ground is filled with fairly crude pen strokes, relying mostly on dots and straight lines.
None.
