Book Decoration and Musical Notation

Description

Three-margins illuminated floral border (acanthus, flowers, fruits) (fol. [3]v). Ornamental initials: champ initial (fol. [1]r); gilded foliate initial with extension into gilded bar (fol. [3]r). Several smaller pen-flourished initials, alternating between blue initials with red penwork and gilded initials with black penwork. Red rubrication.
