    purchased at the auction at Beijers, Utrecht (Books, prints and manuscripts), 23-11-2011, lot 309, from an unknown Dutch collector. Ms fr. 3.43: probably owned by prof. Hélène Franscisca Wagenaar-Nolthenius (1920-2000), professor of History of music in Antiquity and the Middle Ages at the University of Utrecht, 1958-1976.
