Original Condition
Signs of a repair to a tear in the parchment of the back pastedown.
Current Condition
Two leaves have been repurposed as flyleaves at the front and back of the host volume.
Book Decoration and Musical Notation
One-line penwork initials in red to mark verse divisions; two-/three-line penwork initials in red to mark Psalm openings.
Staffless neumes above the text of two antiphons on the dorse of the front pastedown.
