Natale innocentium
F-8cwo
General Information
One hand, Northern textualis.
Original Condition
The fragment was cropped from the middle of the page. No margins are visible. At least one further line of text and staves was present. On account of the missing letters at the beginning/end of lines, one may suppose that the ruled area was only about 10-20 mm wider than the extant one.
Current Condition
Relatively clean wrapper, perfectly legible
Book Decoration and Musical Notation
Two highlighted pen-flourished cadels (25-30 mm: 1 line + 1 stave); one lombard initial (25-30 mm: 1 line + 1 stave, red).
Messine Gothic musical notation.
