The single large leaf has been cut, folded and repurposed to form a binding cover over cardboard boards. An additional fragment, with only the traces of ruling in ink and of blue and red decoration, has been pasted transversally at the bottom of the back cover, to fill the area not covered by the leaf.

-

The words 'De Dominicis' have been added to the top left of the front cover in a much later hand.

-

Two leather ties (now missing) were added, as were a text title and collection lables to to the spine.

-

There is wear and staining to the parchment, particularly on the spine, where the text is now largely unreadable.
