A single large leaf repurposed as a wrapper for the host volume.

A later paper pastedown has been added at the front and back of the volume, obscuring the leaf's dorse.

There is staining to the parchment in places.

No decoration. However, the letters beginning the chants are missing, suggesting these were originally intended to be decorated in some way.
