History

Remarks

This sheet appears to have been reused as a board and subsequently separated. As noted, the absence of holes in the gutter corresponding to where the sheet would have been attached to cords suggests that this sheet was never bound. The absence of hand-supplied initials at the beginning of chapters is not unusual for an incunable. However, the addition of rubrication within the text suggests that this sheet was in the process of being rubricated, the rubrication was abandoned, and the sheet was repurposed in a binding.
