Current fragment consists of two fragments from one leaf (trimmed into two strips). The upper quire guard was trimmed horizontally, while the lower quire guard was trimmed vertically.

Initials (plain and with interior reserved shapes), alternately in red and blue ink. Plain versals, alternately in red and blue ink. Red rubrication, red colour stroking.
