Two partial leaves repurposed as pastedowns at the front and back of the host volume. Only a small strip of the pastedowns is visible: part is obscured by a parchment pastedown which forms a comb fragment reinforcing the spine; another part is obscured by the turn-ins of the parchment covers.

      On the back pastedown is a fragment on paper with the same script and pitch as the Alexander of Hales fragment on the front pastedown, but the text it transmits has not yet been identified. It contains an underlined citation to Prov. 22: [Qui pronus est ad misericordiam benedicetur de pa]nibus enim suis dedit pauperi.
