Leaves were trimmed in half, and part of the text was trimmed as well in both cases.
Both fragments contain multiple later inscriptions, most of owner's marks by previous owners Jeronimus Driesen and Matthias Valentini. Front cover contains a label with the current shelfmark.

History
Provenance
According to provenance marks across the two covers, the host volume was owned by one frater Jeronimus Driesen at one point, who might have been a a monk of Averbode Abbey. Afterwards, the volume was kept by a different monk, presumably also at Averbode: frater Matthias Valentini.
