A proto-Gothic script written in two sizes a single hand.
Original Condition
Current Condition
Two leaves from the same parent manuscript have been detached and repurposed as flyleaves, or perhaps pastedowns that are now lifted, at the front and back of the host volume. A third leaf is loose, but may have once been part of the binding.
