Original Condition
The text makes use of schematic drawings that are drawn in the upper and lower margins.
Current Condition
Parts of the outer margins are missing; the lower margin of both leaves are lost. The leaves underwent conservation treatment in 2008.

Marginal diagrams in red and black ink. Red initials (plain and with interior reserved shapes), red rubrication, red colour stroking.

History
The fragment was in the collection of Jozef-Maria De Smet until his death in 1996. His collection was acquired by KU Leuven Bijzondere Collecties.
Host Volume
Fragments were used as a cover for a register for the years 1463 and 1464, according to notes on fol. [2]r: Manuale prioris henrici Rolandi siue arche[...]a[...]fel […] martini anni lxiij usque lxii[ij].
The fragments were possibly used as a register by Henricus de Ponte (prior between 1459-1472), prior to the Priory of Saint Martin's Valley, Leuven.
