Original Condition
F. 1-2 and f. 3 must have belonged to the same quire, the former being its third bifolium, the latter its last leaf.
Current Condition
Two vertical cuttings from a leaf and one piece from the middle of a bifolium. They are brown and mildly worn. There are worm-holes on the fragments. Around 14 letters are missing from the inner column on the f. 3. Around 10-15 letters have remained from both inner columns of this piece of a bifolium.

One bifolium is missing between the two leaves.
