Original Condition
The indicated line height refers to the text. The staves are 18 mm high.
Current Condition
The fragment was detached from the host book, and was restored at the National Unity Museum of Alba Iulia in September-October 2025, with funds from the project PN-IV-P1-PCE-2023-0465, "Medieval Books in the Early Modern Period: The Case of Cluj in the Sixteenth and Seventeenth Centuries" (PI Adrian Papahagi).

History
The Rhenish notation of the fragment and the fact that the host book was printed in Cologne suggest this city as the origin of the manuscript.
The host book belonged to the Catholic highschool of Cluj ("Bibliotheca Lycei Claudioplolitani 1832", title page).
