Reconstruction Summary

"vestras, et elevamini portae aeternales.../...Iube domine benedicere" Matins of the Hours of the Virgin, from a fifteenth-century Book of Hours for the Use of Paris, known as the St. Alexis Hours. Recto: roundel depicting St. Katherine (labeled "S[ainte] K[atherine]") standing before an altar with a priest. Verso: round depicting St Katherine (also labeled "S[ainte] K[atherine]") standing before an altar with the Virgin Mary (labeled "Notre Dame").

There is evidence of a dark patch in the lower left corner. There is also slight discoloring and wrinkles.
