Reconstruction Summary

...populo interveni pro clero intercede.../..."et sp[irit]ui sancto. Du[m] virgo"... Verso contains the antiphon "Gaude maria cunctas haereses," from a fifteenth-century Book of Hours known as the St. Alexis Hours. Full border of acanthus and rinceaux in gold and colors with birds and other creatures. Roundel miniature in the outer central margin of recto and verso. Recto: a man in a red outfit walking outside. His arm is labeled "macab-" Verso: a man in a red outfit talking to a king-looking man on a throne. the former is labeled "macab-" and the latter is labeled "corbadas." This leaf offered by Charles Puckett Rare Books, stock number IM-3499, current location unknown.
