'Constantinides I' refers to the exhibition catalogue that publishes the fragment.
The surviving 11th-century parchment leaf was used later for binding of a printed book. The leaf contains the first part of one Homily by John Chrysostom (PG 53, col. 21-22). The text is written in Greek, in a minuscule script of the 11th century. The text is laid out in two columns, at least 32 lines per column.
