Incipit: A custodia matutina usque ad nostem.../Explicit: ...in eterne claritatis gaudio fac

Recto contains the last three verses of Psalm 129, a responsory beginning Requiem. Requiescant in pace, and a prayer begining "Inclina domine aurem tuam ad preces". Verso contains the rest of that prayer and most of a second prayer begining "Deus qui nos patrem et matrem."

Decorated with a full border of rinceux and acanthus leaves, with a yellow bird in the top center of each side. Roundel on recto depicts Alexius wearing an ermine trimmed robe and standing in front of a ship. Roundel on verso depicts two devils  with horns and clawed feet, standing on yellow ground with some trees; caption is indecipherable but possibly reads "p[er]leme[rum]". One line initials for each line in the psalm as well as the first letter of the responsary, and historiated two line initials for the first word of the prayers

13 lines of text in 1 column. There are six notches on the side of the page where it would have been bound, presumably from the stitching used in the binding. Verso side appears slightly yellower than recto side.
