Incipit: "Quare fremuerunt gentes et populi"

Explicit: "Cum exarserit in brevi"

Full-length double-bar in gold and colors along left margin, with rinceaux halfway across upper and lower margin. One- to -two-line initials in gold on red or blue backgrounds. Rectangular line- llers in gold and colors. .
