This single vellum folio, originating from a 14th-century Northern Italian antiphoner, preserves chants for the feast of Corpus Christi. The text and music are written in a formal Gothic hand, with black square notation on red four-line staves. Rubrics and ruling are executed in red, and red and blue initials with pen flourishes mark major divisions. The chants include antiphons, responsories, and verses.
