[A] braham patrem nostrum.../...Qui vivis et regnas dues P

evidence of later use:

There is a small piece of light pink fiber in the upper left corner. This appears to be evidence of a previous binding. The left side appears cleanly and unevenly cut. There is a yellowish stain in the upper right corner and slight warping from moisture.
