Reconstruction Summary

This small fragment gives the text about Alexander as it is found in the so-called Long Version of Heraut Gelre's World chronicle. Comparison with the World chronicle shows that the outer bifolium of the quire has been lost, which would have contained the text of the beginning and end of the passage. It is unlikely that the rest of the World chronicle was also contained in the same original manuscript.
