Reconstruction Summary
A single leaf containing the introit, gradual and beginning of the offertory for the feast of the birth of John the Baptist. Written in a tall gothic book hand in black ink, with chant above in black on a black 4-line staff. Initial letters are in black, red, or blue, some with penwork decoration. On the recto is a 3-line decorated initial "D" in blue, red, green and yellow with penwork decoration in the left margin. The chant is heavily corrected and simplified in a later hand.
