Judging by the minuscule script, this fragment, the second flyleaf of the MS, was produced in the 12th or the 13th century (more likely on the earlier side). The text is written on parchment and it is laid out in one column of at least 26 lines. It is the only leaf in the manuscript not foliated.
This flyleaf is positioned upside down in the MS.
